Luke Craven, founder.

Trackori Trades is led by Luke Craven, a founder who spent years watching trades businesses lose predictable revenue to invisible friction: quotes that never got chased, customers whose annual services quietly moved to a competitor, callbacks promised and forgotten.

After sitting with dozens of trades business owners — electricians, plumbers, builders, roofers, HVAC engineers — the pattern was always the same. The best in the trade didn't win because they were cheapest, or fastest, or most technically brilliant. They won because they remembered. They rang back when they said they would. They rebooked the annual service before the customer even thought to. They followed up the quote three months later, when the customer was finally ready.

Trackori Trades is the software version of that memory — running in the background, mobile-first, voice-native, network-aware. Built specifically for the way trades actually work, not adapted from an enterprise sales tool.

We ship every week. Every feature we build comes from feedback from real trades businesses using Trackori Trades day-to-day. The 2026 roadmap includes native accounting integrations, deeper Job Photos features, calmer notifications, and expanded Trackori Network permissions.
