  • Can I add manual reminders alongside the AI?

    Yes. Trackori Trades combines AI recommendations with your own manual reminders. The AI surfaces what it can spot from patterns. You add the human context — 'ring next Tuesday', 'chase after the school holidays', 'follow up when their lease renews'.

  • Can I share customers with my team?

    Yes — per customer, opt-in. Contacts are private by default. When you share a customer with your workspace, every network member sees the same timeline. You can un-share or hide any customer individually. No auto-broadcast, no surprise data leaks between engineers.

  • How does team sharing work?

    You decide which customers to share and which stay private. A shared customer has a workspace timeline visible to every network member. A private customer only ever appears for the owner. You can promote a private customer to shared with one tap.

  • Can subcontractors join the Trackori Network?

    Yes. Invite trusted subcontractors as network members so they see the same customer history when working on a shared job. Their access can be revoked instantly if the arrangement ends.

  • How much extra do additional users cost?

    The £49/month Trackori Network plan includes 5 users. Additional users are £9/month each, billed pro-rata. No per-user minimums, no annual commitments.

  • What's the difference between Trades Solo and Trackori Network?

    Trades Solo (£19/mo) is a single-user plan — perfect for sole traders. Trackori Network (£49/mo) includes 5 team members and shared customer memory across your team. Everything else — AI Next Move, voice notes, Job Photos, follow-ups — is included in both plans, with larger storage on Network (10 GB vs 2 GB).

  • Is there a discount for annual billing?

    Monthly billing today. Annual plans with a discount are planned — reach out if you want to be notified when they launch.

  • Are there any hidden fees?

    No. £19/month Solo. £49/month Network with 5 users. £9/month for each additional user. VAT applies where required. No setup fees, no per-transaction fees, no long-term contracts.

  • Do you offer VAT invoices?

    Yes. Every invoice is a proper VAT invoice with your company details on it — pass it straight to your accountant.

  • Can I cancel anytime?

    Yes. Cancel from the billing screen at any point. You keep access until the end of the current billing period. No lock-in contracts, no cancellation fees.

  • Can I upgrade from Solo to Network?

  • Is there a free trial?

  • Why do I need to enter payment details for the trial?

    To prevent abuse of the trial and give you a seamless experience if you choose to continue. Your card is securely stored via Stripe. You won't be charged during the 7-day trial and can cancel any time to pay nothing.

  • Will I be charged immediately?

    No. Your payment method is securely stored via Stripe, but you won't be charged anything during your 7-day free trial.

  • What happens when the trial ends?

    If you don't cancel, your paid subscription starts automatically on day 7. You keep every note, customer, photo and setting you created during the trial.

  • What happens if I cancel during the trial?

    If you cancel before day 7 you won't be charged anything. Your data stays available for 30 days in case you want to come back.

  • Can I try Trackori Network features on the trial?

    Yes. The 7-day trial gives full access to every feature including Trackori Network so you can invite your team and try shared customer memory before deciding.

  • Can I add photos to customer jobs?

    Yes. Job Photos is built in. Snap photos on site (or upload from your gallery) and Trackori Trades automatically compresses, generates thumbnails and stores them in an album linked to the customer. Perfect for before/after shots, snagging, site surveys and site visits.

  • How much photo storage do I get?

    Trades Solo (£19/mo) includes 2 GB of photo storage. Trackori Network (£49/mo) includes 10 GB shared across the workspace. Every photo is automatically compressed to WebP so you fit far more photos than the raw size suggests.

  • Can I take photos from my phone camera?

    Yes. On mobile you'll see a 'Take Photo' option that opens your phone camera directly, and a 'Choose from Gallery' option for multi-select uploads. The whole flow takes 10–15 seconds while you're on site.

  • What happens when I hit my storage limit?

    Trackori Trades warns you at 80%, 90% and 100% of your storage allowance. Existing photos are never deleted or downgraded. If you hit 100%, new uploads pause until you delete photos you no longer need. Paid storage upgrades will be available in the future.

  • Can my team see photos I upload?

    Only for customers you've shared with the network. Photos inherit the customer's visibility — private customer, private photos. Shared customer, shared photos. Every network member sees the same album.

  • Does Trackori Trades work on mobile?

    It's built mobile-first. Thumb-friendly. Gloves-friendly. Designed to run on your phone while you're on site, in the van or between jobs. Full desktop view too for the office.

  • Does it work offline?

    Voice notes and photos capture offline and sync when you're back in signal. Trades work happens on site — Trackori Trades is built for the reality of intermittent 4G.

  • Is there a native app?

    Trackori Trades runs as a fast progressive web app — install to your home screen from mobile Safari or Chrome and it behaves like a native app. Native iOS and Android apps are on the roadmap.

  • Can I use voice to add customers or notes?

  • Is my customer data secure?

    Yes. Data is encrypted at rest and in transit. Access is authenticated with JWT. Sessions are short-lived and refreshable. Passwords are hashed with bcrypt. Backups run nightly.

  • Is Trackori Trades GDPR compliant?

    Yes. UK data hosting. Data subject access requests supported end-to-end. Every customer can be exported or deleted on request. Data processing agreements available for business customers.

  • Is my data used to train AI?

    No. Your customer data is never sold, never shared with third parties, and never used to train external AI models. Voice transcription and reasoning use OpenAI under a data-processing agreement that excludes training.

  • Where is my data hosted?

    UK / EU cloud infrastructure. All data at rest and in transit is encrypted. Backups are UK-based and encrypted at rest.

  • What happens to my data if I cancel?

    Data is retained for 30 days after cancellation in case you want to return. After 30 days it's permanently deleted from live systems. Encrypted backups roll off within 90 days.
